✅ If you choose 'Print it yourself' option, leave your email in the notes field. Remember to check your Spam/Junk folder.

✅ If you have selected “A3/A4/A5 Print/ Framed UK post”, a preview of your print will be send to you via email. Please check your Spam/Junk folder regularly, as emails sometimes tend to end up there unfortunately. You have 24h from receiving the email to confirm that you are happy with the print, otherwise it will be sent as per the preview.

✅ If needed, you can have up to 1 free alteration of your illustration. Please note that any additional corrections can result in a delay with the dispatch.

🔸If for any reason you are unhappy with the frame, you can return it to us (for your own expense) after we have received it we can refund you the cost for it.

🔸The images in the listings are all for demonstration purposes only and no frames are included with your purchase, unless you have purchased the framed print option.

🚚DELIVERY

Each physical print is printed on a high quality photo paper, carefully wrapped and shipped in a hard backed envelope for extra protection.

Outside of UK - Physical prints are currently not available.
