Custom Child Profile Silhouette Portrait

This is the perfect keepsake for any parent, friend, sister, brother, aunt, uncle, grandparent or simply for yourself! Ideal for a Mother's Day or Birthday gift from a child.

The silhouette will be digitally hand drawn by Simone from a photo that you provide. Please make sure that the photo has the child’s profile (not from an angle). The better the quality of the image, the better the illustration will be.

If you like the silhouette to be a different colour, you can send a photo of the colour you’d like.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose from the first drop down menu the style of the silhouette you’d like: Classic or Line

2.Choose from the second drop down menu the type of portrait you want

Print it yourself, Physical Print or a Framed Print. Please note that Prints/Framed Prints are currently available for the United Kingdom only. Print it yourself are available worldwide.

If you select “Print it yourself” you will receive your digital illustration as a high resolution jpeg file sent to your email, so you can print it yourself. Please check your Junk/Spam folder, as the email might end up in there.

If you select “A3/A4/A5 Print/ UK post” your portrait will be sent as a physical print, posted to your address. 

If you select “White Frame A4/UK” or “Black Frame A4/UK”  you will receive a framed print. 

3. Personalisation 

In the Personalisation field, please type in:

a) Text you wish to have under the illustration, i.e. Name, Name and year, Quote, a heart, if you don’t wish to have any text, please type in 'no text'.

b) Email address to be contacted at, so we can send you the digital file if you have purchased “Print it yourself” OR your portrait preview so you can check it before we print and post it. If we don't hear back from you 48h after sending you the preview, we will send you your portrait as per the initial preview. Don’t forget to check you Junk/Spam folder for any emails from us.

4. Upload your photo

Please upload the photo that you would want drawn as a silhouette portrait. Choose an image that shows the face details clearly. Taking photo of a child might be tricky. If it’s a toddler, try taking the photo while they are watching TV (this is how I took the photo of my daughter).

If the photo is too blurry or we think that the image would not translate great in our style, we might ask you to send us a different photo. You can email us your photo prior to purchasing if you want to make sure that the photo is okay at hello@colorfulsimone.com

Please note:

✅ If you have selected “A3/A4/A5 Print/ Framed UK post”, a preview of your portrait will be sent to the email you have provided in the personalisation field. If you are happy with it, we will send it by post in the next few days. You would need to reply within 48h after we send you the preview, otherwise we will post it.

✅ If needed, you can have up to 1 free small alteration. Please note that any additional corrections can result in a delay with the dispatch. If you need more than 1 change, additional charges will occur.

🔸 Prints/Framed Prints are currently available for the United Kingdom only. Please purchase “Print it yourself” file and we will send you the file by email.

🔸Once your custom portrait has been started, there can be no refunds made, as all designs are unique and made to order.

🔸The images in the listings are all for demonstration purposes only. White or Black A4 frame will be included in case you have purchased the framed print option.

🚚DELIVERY 

Each physical print is printed on a high quality photo paper, carefully wrapped and shipped in a hard backed envelope for extra protection. Framed prints are gift wrapped and can include a handwritten card upon request (add your message in the “notes to seller” section at checkout).

A3/A4/A5 Print/Post UK & Framed Prints - 2-5 working days before receiving a preview, allow additional 1-3 days for the print to arrive, once approved.
